Delicious and nutritious - blueberries are truly one of nature's miracle foods. These berries are high in antioxidants and other compounds that help prevent heart disease and cancer, help brain and memory functions, and slow the effects of aging. When it comes to fruits containing antioxidants, blueberries are the "leader of the pack". The type of antioxidants found in blueberries have a different chemical structure compared with other common antioxidants such as Vitamin C that makes them three to four times more potent.
